Let me tell you what I hate....incompetance.
I hate that it takes 5 phone calls and an uncountable number of emails to change from one insur.ance grou.p plan to another. Literally, all they have to do is change the 4 letters in the group number field....that should NOT take 4 weeks!
I hate that after 4 weeks, I still dont have business cards and that I am going to have to go to a conference without them.
I hate that my entire day today has been fixing problems....at a hot.el, at the insu.rance company.
ARGH! I need to start the day over.
