Yesterday,  I found icing in my hair.  Today my hands were covered with cookie dough and flour.  Tonight, we all loaded in the car and aimlessly drove around for almost two hours just looking at lights.  We debated which house was the best and who should have done better.

It was perfect.

This time of year is always my favorite.  This year I feel extra fortunate.  Grace is still very interested in Santa and seeing the look of magic on her face.  And we get to introduce Will to all the fun times the holidays bring.  And best of all, I have my whole family here with me: healthy, happy, and together.

That is all I want for Christmas....just us together.
